    WHAT IS CURVE METHOD?

    As a plus size girl, I’ve finally come to the understanding that I will never be rail thin, but that doesn’t mean I can’t be fit, active and healthy. I created the FREE Curve Method Challenge (formerly, #PSPfit) as a commitment to healthy curves. What started as a 30 day challenge transformed into a daily lifestyle for women!

    WHAT IS THE BODY WEIGHT BLAST PROGRAM?

    Curve Method: Body Weight Blast is a four-week program designed to help you embrace your joyful movement and strength (inside and out!) and level up your fitness along the way! Each week, you get a mix of body weight workouts—focused on strength, power, balance, core, agility—as well as dance classes, HIIT routines and modifications!

    HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE BODY WEIGHT BLAST PROGRAM?
